1, Quality assurance: the company check at each level from the configuration of electrical component, the design of machine organization, the procurement of raw material, the processing and production of mechanical part, to the commissioning and acceptance before delivery in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system, in order to ensure the quality of equipment.
2, 1 year of warranty period for the complete machine: the repair is free within the warranty period; if the accessory is identified as quality issue, it can be replaced for free.
3, Life-long maintenance for the equipment: the repair out of warranty period should be paid the cost of production; provide spare and accessory parts for long-life time, and provide technical support for long-life time. The vulnerable part of the machine is the synchronous belt in transmission part, which should be paid the cost of production if buyed out of the the warranty period.
